WHAT AWAITS YOU?
You will be working as a part of a team that designs and builds NAPA’s new solution for managing ships’ stability and safety related operations and data. The solution consists of onboard desktop applications, mobile applications and cloud based services. Your main responsibility will be to develop the stability and safety applications for ship bridges. The products that you develop will be used on ships around the world, including the greatest international cruise liners.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a person with:
- Strong experience in software development.
- Experience of designing robust and maintainable software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and quality of code.
- Knowledge of functional programming language and developing on .NET environment is seen as an advantage.
You are a person with good collaboration skills, who wants to take initiative and take responsibility over his or her work. You have an ability to work with multiple sites and multiple products. You are familiar with agile methods.
At NAPA our working language is English so you need to have fluent written and oral English skills. We also expect you to have a valid work permit for Finland.
